Privacy policy and personal data processing

At nuvy we respect your privacy and that of your customers. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data, in compliance with Ley 1581 de 2012 and its implementing decrees, which govern the fundamental right of Habeas Data in Colombia.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

• Identification and contact data: name, email, WhatsApp number.
• Information about your business: trade name, industry, location, products and services.
• Content you share with us to create your site: text, images and materials.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

You can exercise these rights by sending us a request at hola@nuvy.dev, indicating your identification and the right you wish to exercise. We will address your request within the terms established by the data protection regulations of Colombia.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. Once these purposes are fulfilled, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Information security

We adopt reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse. Even so, no system is completely infallible, so we work continuously to improve our security practices.

9. Transfer and transmission of data

To provide the service we may rely on providers that process data on our behalf (for example, hosting infrastructure or measurement tools). In those cases we require adequate levels of protection and processing limited to the authorized purposes, in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. When changes are significant, we will inform you through the available contact channels. The date of the last update always appears at the top of the document.
